Chip Timing
The Kids Fun Runs, 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and 30 km will be timed using disposable RFID timing chips. Timing chips will be affixed to the back of your race bib. Please do not remove the timing chips and be sure to wear your bib on the front of your body on the outermost layer of your clothing, obscured by extra clothing and water belts will prevent your time from being recorded accurately.
Race Lunch
All participants in the race are offered a race lunch after the race. Please show your bib to volunteers after the race to pick up your lunch. Race lunch pick up is located near the Watering Hole.
Sweat Check
Sweat Check will be located in front of high school building (near the Watering Hole). Toss your extra layers into the sweat check bag before you start the race. Please note: You must use the provided bags at sweat check as we will not be accepting duffel bags or backpacks. Provide last name and race number to write on the bag provided at the sweat check site.
You must show your race number to pick up your items.
Although this area is secure, we want to remind you not to place any valuable items (keys, wallets, cell phones, pagers, watches, etc.) in your bag. While our volunteers will do their best, we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Lost and Found
Lost and found items will be held at Sweat Check by our volunteers. While our volunteers will do their best, we cannot be held responsible for any lost/found items.
